Return Policy

If your Crush doesn't turn out to be true love (tragic, but it happens), we offer a 3-day return policy for any reason unless the item has been modified or sized in any way. 

To initiate a return, please email us by 5 pm CST (time stamp) on the third day post-purchase to request a pre-paid return label.  If you choose to return the item with your own label the item must be returned according to the shipping standards outlined in the email and the merchandise must be in the same condition in which you received the item.

Exchanges are offered within 10 days of purchase.

All Custom items are final purchases.

Layaway

All pieces require a 25% non-refundable deposit.

The balance after the deposit will be split into 3 payments, payable every 30 days.

Payments must be made regularly, as scheduled, and we must receive them on or before the day they are due. If more than 2 payments are late or if the layaway is not paid in full by the scheduled end date, the item will be returned to stock and all funds paid to date will be forfeited.

Because layaway items are being taken off the market and held for you for an extended period of time, they will be sold as final sale only. We do not allow returns or exchanges on layaway items. 

As payments are remitted to Crush Vintage, the invoice will be adjusted accordingly until the item is paid in full.
