Shipping policy

We ship your order, fully insured via UPS and FedEx. The items are covered 100% while in transit.  If you have a preferred carrier, please let us know after you complete the purchase process.

Orders typically ship within 24 hours after payment is received.

Need your package by a certain date? Please contact us immediately to ensure prompt delivery.

Upon shipment, we will send you a shipping email, which will include your tracking number.

You may manage your FedEx or UPS deliveries through your account, and packages may be held for pickup at your local FEDEX or UPS location. 

All shipments require an adult signature due to insurance requirements (NO EXCEPTIONS).
