Return/Refund Policy

If your Crush doesn't turn out to be true love (tragic, but it happens), we offer a 3-day return policy if the item has not been modified. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

To initiate a return, please email us by 5 pm CST (time stamp) on the third day post-purchase to request a pre-paid return label. 

Exchanges are offered within 10 days of purchase.

All Custom items are final purchases.

Please note that any orders paid by credit card and cancelled before shipment will not have the credit card processing fee refunded. 

Layaway

All pieces require a 25% non-refundable deposit.

The balance after the deposit will be split into 3 payments, payable every 30 days.

Layaway payments must be made as scheduled on or before the due date. If more than 2 payments are late or if the layaway is not paid in full by the scheduled end date, the item will be returned to stock, and all funds paid to date will be forfeited.

Layaway items are final sale only. We do not allow returns or exchanges on layaway items. 

As payments are remitted to Crush Vintage, the invoice will be adjusted accordingly until the item is paid in full.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship your order, fully insured via UPS and FedEx.  The items are insured for 100% of the purchase price while in transit.  If you have a preferred carrier or specific shipping requests, please let us know immediately after the transaction takes place.

Orders typically ship 24 hours after payment is received.  In some cases, this may be delayed by a day or two for reasons beyond our control (credit card approval pending, for instance). We will notify you in the event that shipping does not take place as expected. 

If you need us to ship the item to arrive at a specific date, please let us know as soon as you complete the transaction.

Upon shipment, we will send you a shipping email, which will include your tracking number. You may use the customer portal for FedEx or UPS to manage your delivery for a local hold. 

All shipments require an adult signature. 

Payment Methods

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

If payment is to be made via wire transfer or check (with a 10-business-day clearing time), we will offer a 5% discount of the purchase price.  Please contact us for wiring information and to place the item on hold.

Warranty 

Please understand that vintage and antique jewelry have been worn and loved for many years and in some cases, generations.  We intentionally seek items in great condition for their age and use. We also take pains to refurbish all jewelry before offering the item for sale, but we do not restore the item to "like-new" condition. We love patina and honest wear, we hope you do too! We strive to note any defects or condition notes in the description and provide additional images.
